Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. However, not showing up for a scheduled appointment impacts your stylist and other clients. Therefore, if there is no prior notice given and you do not show up for your appointment, we will charge the full amount of the scheduled services to your account.
We recommend that you contact us 48 hours in advance if your plans change so we can reschedule accordingly and avoid unnecessary charges. We will charge 50% of the appointment cost if cancelled 24-48 hours prior. We appreciate your understanding!
